Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) today lifted the lid on details of its new four-cylinder engine family dubbed Ingenium. This is a high-tech engine family to replace the Ford-derived legacy engines left over from the Blue Oval's ownership of JLR. Key headlines include the promise of 'sub-100g/km CO2 emissions' in the new 2015 Jaguar XE, the first model to premiere the new British-built motors.
Ford has shown the new EcoSport concept car – a showcase for a potential new small SUV. Ford calls it 'a new compact SUV.'
It's based on Fiesta running gear, to give you an idea of the baby 4x4's footprint. And the best news?
Off-road king Jeep is offering a new kit that transforms a four-door Jeep Wrangler Unlimited into a two-door Jeep pickup truck. The Mopar JK-8 kit will cost $5,499. The kit can be installed by a dealer, according to Jeep, or by skilled shade-tree mechanics.
